If I had not have seen this very movie I believe I will not have been the same open minded individual I am before you however, without this movie in question I would not have these many restless nights tossing and turning in my bed with the very thought of these terrifying monsters that haunt my very being. It's not all bad, in fact it's kind of fun, and I love the use of practical effects and the love for the genre that's on display. It just felt like they had a really good idea here, that they squandered with gimmicks. It made a lot of the beats kind of cringey. It sucks, because you could tell their heart was in the right place. I think this team could really deliver something noteworthy if they weren't tied down to a silly campaign.
