jThe script has no deep meaning and the film does just what it was intended to do: take an audience on a fantastical journey with loads of action. Go to Full Review

Push is a chase film dolled up with supernatural powers and chintzy retro design motifs. Go to Full Review

TheMovieSearch R @TheMovieSearch 2d Push, starring Chris Evans, had the potential to be an exciting early entry into the modern superhero-style genre, especially with its focus on telekinesis and psychic abilities. Unfortunately, the film never fully lives up to that promise. While the idea of "pushing" and manipulating people is interesting, the story feels overly drawn out and cluttered with unnecessary back-and-forth. Several scenes rely too heavily on loud, chaotic energy that becomes more annoying than engaging, making it difficult to stay immersed. The cast does a solid job, with Dakota Fanning standing out and Evans delivering a decent performance. However, their efforts cannot save a screenplay that feels unfocused and exhausting. The plot jumps around too much, creating confusion instead of tension. Direction is serviceable, but excessive editing and choppy transitions weaken the flow. Instead of feeling intense, the film often feels heavy and overwhelming. In the end, Push wastes a promising concept See more Ti H. @Tihas Dec 16 What are the cr1t1x squawking about? This is a really fun movie! See more Zane T @ZaneThind Dec 14 Surprisingly I enjoyed watching this. It's a simple sci-fi action thriller but it works. See more Christine C Nov 14 I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. It has a fast moving plot and you have to pay attention because it is more involved than your average action film. The complexity is what makes it worth watching. The acting is good the characters interesting and the story ie original. I simply don’t understand the bad reviews. Definitely worth watching See more Jerod S @jeroduptown Sep 21 Drama it lacks - but unique concepts it has going for it. Pushers, bleeders - they're all after a serum.
