This reenactment of Stalingrad is nothing superficial and portrays the chaos plainly. Great acting by the cast. Wonderful visuals and backgrounds. Sharp sound effects. Cinematography is phenomenal. I would have liked to see more character development. I didn’t really get to know the soldiers. Thomas Kretschmann is the perfect German officer always.
