This one I didnt even realize the cast when I started. Did a double take seeing Jeffrey Wright in it - I was like 'really?'. The biggest thing that came to my mind as I saw him performing this role was 'American Fiction'. I just watched that months ago, and his character makes a big name playing stereotypes and entitling his book 'F&ck'. I loved that movie. Then I watch this one and he is literally playing the same character of the book he just fictionally wrote in that movie. I have a lot of respect for him as an actor. I get it its a paycheck and some big names in this movie. This movie though was completely ordinary. Production and acting were fine but it did nothing for me. It did not keep my attention. Only saw irony watching Jeffrey Wright. Hope he got paid well. See more Read all reviews
