Mic T @MicThom Jan 21, 2024 So much fun all the way to the last moments! At first it seems that it is random tales of people struggling to survive, making bad decisions along the way. But further you go, the more the stories come together. The movie is an interesting mix of dark humor and stories that seem so real that the could have come straight from the pages of a local tabloid. It may start off a little slowly as the director sets the stage, but the further you go, the more you are rewarded. Nicely done! Some very good acting too. See more JJJJJJ J @RT10868636 Apr 23, 2023 A fast paced thriller that kept me engaged from start to finish. This film is very well directed, has both an engaging narrative and characters. It is a lot of fun and what a good non-serious thriller should be. This film very much is a "fun film". It does not have any real depths or heavy issues dealt with. That does not make it a bad movie just more of a less serious movie. A good movie for those looking for a fun time. I'd put it in my "Top 10 Korean Movies that Americans would like". See more bill f @BrokerBill Oct 21, 2022 Another great Korean thriller/gangster film, that is stylish, witty and gripping. Some gory violence, so be warned. See more Roberto M @RT13673398 Oct 14, 2022 A series of chapters on human greed, and how each plan is run by chaos. An interlocking game of perfectly plausible stories orchestrated as a score where the leitmotif is money, at any cost. A realistic picture of many societies, and of many people, even without the extremes of plot. See more mike l @MikeLance May 19, 2022 It's pretty good, but you've seen it all before. It's basically Guy Ritchie meets Tarantino. That's a whole other story. See more Aug 23, 2021 A fun crime thriller romp with serviceable direction albeit with some pacing issues. Black comedy elements are also present here but do not always hit the mark resulting in just a few chuckles. This movie will definitely satisfy the thirst of those looking for a film with direction and setting akin to Park Chan-wook's Vengeance trilogy, and Bong Joon Ho's Parasite. Viewers, however, should be very cautious as to not expect too much as they may come away disappointed when comparing this modest effort against heavyweights in the genre. See more Read all reviews
