Ksusha P @RT76032325 5 days ago Chris Evans created a cinematic masterpiece, capturing the fragile, breathtaking current that runs between two bruised souls. What amazed me the most is how subtly and gradually the characters open up to each other. Step by step, layer by layer, we watch a beautifully paced development of a connection between two people who find a home in one another for just one night. The micro-expressions, the hesitation, and the way their eyes speak to each other absolutely deserve an Oscar. The ending is pure perfection the subtle acting, the looks, the final dialogue, and the context. It shows real life with all its complex decisions, yet the director leaves a light for us. Whether we choose to follow it is up to us. Chris Evans and Alice Eve delivered a masterclass in psychological depth. For me, this is a cinematic diamond that should be studied frame by frame. Every single one of us can meet our true selves at Grand Central See more Shirlie S @shirlie Oct 21, 2026 honestly, I think the movie was genuine and sweet. I enjoyed every minute of it.chris evans and alice eve have obvious chemistry! I disagree with negative reviews. everyone’s always looking for excitement and the next big thing! if it’s not fast moving &flashy seems they always give it a negative review! not all movies need that to be enjoyed. I thought it was heartwarming, and gives you faith in humanity, plus it has a great ending. probably not so much a man’s movie, but I feel it’s a MUST. watch for most women! this movie has similar vibes to the movie Serendipity, which I also recommend highly. I think for his directorial debut Chris Evans did a fantastic job, and Alice Eve is always a favorite! See more Eric W @RT44269564 Sep 5, 2026 I had so much hope for the premise of this movie. I love New York spent a lot of time in Grand Central station and yet while the movie had glimpses of real New York there was so much inauthenticity that I found it really annoying. Like the bartender who had an inside access to a pocketbook theft? And the corporate event where they paid cash on the spot? Chris Evans did okay but Alice Eve seemed like a cardboard cutout. Story was so contrived it was annoying. See more John S @LoneJohnny5 Sep 2, 2026 I thought this was really good, although it is a bit slow in spots. Acting, dialog and chemistry are great. I would've given 5* except for the ending; more closure is needed to complete the story. Note this reminded me of Taxi Driver in that it is dialog based. See more Algielyn E @chielmace Jun 11, 2026 adorable yet ended me in every way. kidding aside, It was filmed beautifully. Love at first sight, yet did not pay off . I was really hoping brooke might come back just to say "You are right and i ended things with michael. I love you, nick." ngi, too good to be true... I WAS JUST HOPING!!!!! See more Thyaagu C @Thyaagu May 2, 2026 3.75 ⭐️ A lean, heartwarming watch that never drags. Alice Eve is the MVP - glowing, warm, and effortlessly cozy from start to finish. Just wish we got more of those dreamy New York night lights instead of so many closeups. See more Read all reviews
