Two former college friends, who now find themselves in very different walks of life, meet up at a fancy cocktail party: Veronica has become the entitled, wine-loving wife of a rich businessman, while Ashley, along with her lover Lisa, struggles to make ends meet as an artist. As the two women reconnect, long-buried hostilities, jealousy, and anger explode into a vicious, bloody fight that leaves both of them battered and bruised.

What a surprise! This was outstanding. I loved the dark humor and even though it was obviously written by a the left, I still enjoyed it. The brawl scenes were top notch. I recommend this one.

Hmm. Surprised by the neg reviews. I totally enjoyed it. Oh and Heche were great and Silverstone was really good too. It's funny, and sad, and makes you think about time and connections and I don't think people got it. I'll be keeping this one.

Adoro esse humor ácido, critica social sobre guerra, desigualdade social, e ambições, e como todas as pessoas são más, as que não são, ou são loucas, pobres ou ingenuas (e são as que sobram quando todo se forem), mas a diversão é garantida, com situações bizarras, altas doses de ironia, as consequências das ação sempre exageradas e lei de Murphy, da pior forma possível, dramático e adorável… Maravilhoso, diálogos ágeis e inteligentes, crítica perfeita, lutas divertidas, e foram trés, adorável.

Highly entertaining with fantastic performances from the two leads. Genuinely laugh out loud. The message at the heart of it is money doesn't buy happiness and you have to try and find your own happiness otherwise you will become bitter. Definitely one for those who have a dry sense of humour.
