Now that Gru has forsaken a life of crime to raise Margo, Agnes and Edith, he's trying to figure out how to provide for his new family. As he struggles with his responsibilities as a father, the Anti-Villain League, an organization dedicated to fighting evil, comes calling. A solid animated sequel worthy of the original. It’s not as fresh, and the story isn’t as compelling this time around, but it’s still a charming next chapter in the Despicable Me franchise that offers plenty of fun. And despite its unremarkable quality, it still remains probably Illumination’s 2nd best film.

I saw this film in cinemas back in 2013, I was only 7 when it came out and I still prefer it more than the original because of how many great ideas it has of doing a sequel. The animation was better, the story is excellent and the characters old and new are a great mix to this film.

Meu Malvado Favorito 2 termina de montar a família Gru perfeitamente imperfeita, trazendo a Lucy, uma personagem carismática que serve muito bem como par romântico do Gru e mãe das meninas. E o toque de espionagem é tudo de bom.
