Sicuramente il fascino ed il carisma dell'attore riescono a mantenere gradevole anche un film con una trama molto più confusa del solito e anche meno spettacolare per certi versi; sicuramente per le location. Alcuni colpi di scena sono ben riusciti, come la sfida con i cloni; ma troppo spesso si perde il filo del discorso. Anche le sequenze di azione non sono alla solita altezza. This is never really boring but Connery is clearly just here for the money, the action is often too outrageous, every major villain is gay for some reason, and all the women characters are morons. The opening scene where Bond gets his revenge for the death of his wife. This is what this movie’s supposed to be about right???? Well 007 looks like he’s just having fun killing him in the beginning and supposedly just forgetting that he was married. This is why I hate this fucking movie. The campy, upbeat tone was not what fans asked for after watching the tragic ending of On Her Majesty’s Secret Service. Don’t care for the leading lady either. Then it’s later discovered that Blofeld is still alive and in the ending "defeated" but not eliminated. Seriously??? They never should have had Guy Hamilton make this weak ass film, cause he doesn’t take Bond seriously, HE THOUGHT IT WAS FOR THE FAMILY.
