It’s brutal, tense, and brilliantly crafted, with every quiet moment making you feel like something terrible is waiting just around the corner. The performances are excellent, the atmosphere is suffocating, and the movie knows exactly how to turn a simple trip into a nightmare. A nasty little survival story that stays with you long after the credits roll. But it was not THAT brutal as there was no sexual assault shown. Kelly Reilly just gets beat up like she always does in her movies(10X10) and shows(Yellowstone). Michael Fassbender however got cut up pretty bad, but obviously it's just make up and fake blood. Everything I read about this movie was correct, zero plot, zero happy ending and there was absolutely no point to the story. One star for the bloody special effects.
