Critics Consensus

As evocative as it is thought-provoking, Epicentro takes an affectionate look at a people and culture -- and delivers a quietly effective rejoinder to lingering Cold War resentment.

Jul 27, 2022 Hypocritical artsy piece - no mention of the current - 60 years old - dictatorship in the entire film. Just very tame pseudo - hints. Relativising and at the end, cynical. Cuba is a tragedy, not a paradise in any way. See more
