I can see exactly why this would drive one insane... It really does become harrowing. Go to Full Review

By its nature, “Exit 8” is sparse and repetitive. But in the not-especially-decorated annals of video game adaptations, it’s one of the most compelling and clever meldings of the two mediums -- cinema and gaming -- we’ve seen yet. Go to Full Review

With minimal elements, excellent art direction and production design, bursts of dark and absurdist comedy...Genki Kawamura has created a film that is as enigmatic as it is, at times, fascinating. [Full review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

It's a really interesting take on a real-life issue that mashes horror and psychological thrillers together. Go to Full Review

"Exit 8" is definitely worth giving a chance; after all, it's one of the best video game movie adaptations ever made, and it works both thematically and atmospherically. [Full review in Spanish]. Go to Full Review

James 1d I thought it was nice, nice music when he walks through the hallway every time See more saul estrada Apr 30 For a video game that has absolutely no story and is repetitive this movie has given it justice. From cool adaptions from the video game to its own solo creativity this film is amazing. Only critique is from a survival instinct I wouldve been ran back to go to the next stage but things have to happen for the plot sake but other than that absolutely great film I wouldnt say its horro. It definitely has its horror elements but I would say this is more suspense or eerie type of movie. See more Alonso P Apr 29 Really good story about morality and how little we pay attention to the world around us until it really does matter See more Alexander Ortiz Apr 27 This is how a video game movie is done! Tense, dreadful, cathartic and emotional. Exit 8 excellently builds upon the simple premise of the game and adds a much needed emotional throughline to translate it into film well. It was fantastic See more Aura Apr 26 Tense and satisfying at once. I really enjoyed this one! See more Weasel Cheese Apr 26 Spoiler alert: This thing is empty of any meaning other than "abortion bad." That's the whole thing, but it frames its moralizing in a game that I would have bailed on after the first 10 pointless minutes. The only good thing I can say about it is it's only 90 minutes of life wasted but really why waste 90 minutes? Its anti-choice propaganda wrapped in a walking simulator adventure game that goes literally nowhere. See more Read all reviews
