Knight George (James Purefoy) returns to England for a peaceful life after the Crusades. But first he promises King Edgar (Simon Callow) to find his missing daughter, Princess Luna (Piper Perabo), in exchange for a plot of land. George discovers the princess has been taken by a dragon, which apparently died after laying an egg. But Luna refuses to abandon the unhatched dragon, so George must return both princess and egg to the king -- while avoiding Luna's determined fiancé (Patrick Swayze).

The movie didnt take itself serious making for many humorous moments. At the same time some scenes ust didnt mmake sense. The acting was decent. the fight scenes were bland. The story was alright.
