See more Kole B @Kbail 1d Theres a reason Mindy Kaling has the comedic cheese touch, and its very clear as to why by this overly written comedy that was filtered through a writers room, then filtered through legal, then filtered through a peer study, resulting in humor that clearly sounded better on a page than said aloud. Should've let the cast have more fun, but instead it sounds like everyone is checking a funny list to meet the haha quota set by the C-suite for each episode. It's like an AI wrote a show and then had the edits done by your coworker that everyone secretly hates but doesnt have the heart to tell them their humor will get them fired, not because its offensive, but because its so aggressively stale that HR has no choice. There is a joke where a character sniffs their own armpit and the joke is that its stinky. What else can I say at this point?
