After finding the person she was going to murder dead, she should have just left town and the sheriff would have no reason to go after her. It's either she's after revenge for the murder of the man she was going to murder or the sheriff is an stupid criminal who goes after someone who had no idea he was involved. Either way it's stupid as hell. I always say when creating characters the first thing is to make them people first. She's not a three dimensional person, she doesn't even have a fucking name, just a generic pronoun GIRL. I've seen more color from a Christopher Nolan Batman movie. There's more dark clouds and grey to make Robert Eggers orgasm. This is boring, this is dumb and gritty just to be gritty. See more Sonja D 09/23/2022 What a great film! I appreciated this screenplay, it had quite a few twists and turns, with Bella Thorne the main character. Damn, she did SO well in this movie! A big shoutout to the director and cast.
