Saint @RT96701086 Jul 27, 2023 An effective anti-war movie is all about a well-executed humanizing perspective, and this was excellent. The haunting, unforgettable moments that show the horrors of the bomb aftermaths, paired with the main character's naïveté, and his unsettlingly light and delayed responses to gruesome situations feel.. realistic. That's why this work did an incredible job in portraying the horror of being a child that comes from a humble loving family, who happen to be a victim of massively destructive decisions made by unforgivable political powerhouses fueled by greed—it results in generations worth of pain.
