Sure it wasn't perfect, but Sam Richardson and Brittany Snow have great chemistry. It's been a few years since this director has directed a feature, so I hope a studio takes another shot on him. It handles issues that can be delicate in a very respectful way, and gives a ton of depth to the basic "bad girl meets good guy who shows her what real love is." It's got some tooth-rotting sweet moments, but they're not constant and therefore they were cute and fun to watch as opposed to predictable and cheesy. The cast is great, and has tons of diversity that isn't just for the sake of marketing for diversity. It was the most enjoyable romantic comedy I've watched in a long time.
