"The House of Yes'' is a comedy. And a pretty funny one, too. Go to Full Review

Unless you think drawing-room re-enactments of JFK's assassination beat Pictionary as a party game, it's best to say no to the achingly arch comic satire The House of Yes. Go to Full Review

Bujold has the frazzled hauteur of an aging, neglected star, and Spelling is nicely glazed, studiously artless. But the film is keyed to Posey's performance: perfectly brittle, faultlessly false. Go to Full Review

Bujold is as good as ever, but the real surprise here is Spelling: Slack-jawed and dewy-eyed, lids forever at half-mast, she's perfectly cast as a lamb among wolves, and her naivete is strangely affecting. Go to Full Review

Jeffrey R @Jeff. 3d This is an awesome film! The unique story, the acting, the way that the film looked like a filmed play, all combine to make an exciting and interesting film. There are some amusing and comedic moments. But I assert that this film is more of a horror movie than a comedy. Other persons have found fault with Tori Spelling's performance. But I say that Tori Spelling's performance is competent, apropos, brilliant, and convincing in her role. Tori Spelling is the calm and rational counterpart to manic irrational psycho evil b***h character that is portrayed by Parker Posey. Parker Posey should have won an Academy Award. The Cultural Marxist stereotypes that began in "Monty Python" are the basis for the entire story. There is nothing original about that. But the film is like avant-garde art in that there is more exposition than plot. Or it does to me. My thesis is that this film is more Horror and Art Film than a Comedy. In conclusion, view this fun Art. See more Keith B B @Okbullard Jan 27 It wasn't funny at all but pretty sad how bad it was. The plot was trivial, slow and boring. I gave it 50 minutes and put it to the rest it sorly needed. Don't bother with this one. See more alan g @agenser Jan 6 Sick twisted psychotic movie. This is not a comedy. It is a disaster. See more thiago s @Thiagostone Aug 23 Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom See more Jim H Jun 12 Posey's comedic timing and delivery are impeccable.
