At some point, In the Shadow of the Moon just goes down a wormhole of politics and elaborate theories. It's not fun to watch, and when we finally get the big reveal of why the killer did what she did we don't care.

Enjoyable watch, good plot with some awesome twists. Could have made a better series with more details, and it felt like it ended unnaturally leaving some questions that should have been answered. But, I enjoyed it.

It actually works in the movie's favor that they don't try to make the viewer understand the fake science that makes the whole concept possible. A much better movie than I expected.
