When pro basketball star Jamal Jeffries gets booted from the big leagues after an outrageous on-court stunt, his unwillingness to give up the sport leads to desperate measures. Dressed in drag, Jamal calls himself Juwanna Mann and becomes a star player on a women's basketball team, helping them climb the ranks. He also quickly develops a crush on team captain Michelle, but cannot act on his feelings for fear of his true identity being discovered.
