Young Mia's life gets turned upside down when her family decides to leave London to manage a lion farm in South Africa. When a beautiful white lion named Charlie is born, the 10-year-old finds happiness once again as she develops a special bond with the growing cub. Just Because You Have Good Intentions, Doesn't Mean You're Saying The Right Things At The Right Times. That About Sums Up This Attempt At Feeling Good By Pointing At The Dumb Human Behavioral Choices Going You Suck!! People Don't Learn Anything This Way. You Must Understand The Pysche Driving Behavioral Choices. There Isn't Much Understanding Here Just Finger Pointing At A Very Basic Level.

I thought it was ok overall as we watch the journey of a baby Lion cub to adulthood along with its owner Mia who knows him best and interacts with him like a regular pet being oblivious to the dangers. Overall it was kinda monotone with not much suspense in the story.

On one level its a very touching film with a great message; on the other hand reading reviews in The Hollywood Reporter, I echo the extent the filmmakers have gone to use real wildlife and potentially put people in harms way for the purposes of the film #Conflicted
