Blu B @RT43513976 5 days ago A Classic Late Burton Flick. You know you can tell in a way it is Burton. The visual flair is missing compared to his earlier titles and it's one of the biggest issues. There is a heavy oversaturation of CGI in a lot of action sceens although it is creative I'll give it that and fits in the context of things and looks good for the most part. But it is quite noticeable compared to when it's just real sets and stuff. The action scenes especially at the end are a bit farfetched and ridiculous to say the least without spoiling anything. But they are fun, weird, and well done enough despite that. Overall it's honestly solid. I do wish it didn't look so dull and had better color to it. But it's not lifeless. Butterfield in this is....alright for me. He's the weakest thing here and thank god all the other characters are quirky and more memorable in a sense. They make him better and Jackson is really good as the bad guy hamming it up and having fun in the role. Wish the soundtrack was a bit mo See more Alfredo P @RT03403867 Oct 20, 2026 Even if I didn't read the books before getting into this movie, Burton still has his touch and creative direction that made it a quite enjoyable experience. It is on the dark side and has it's fare share of moments, but sometimes the pacing feels like it goes nowhere and it feels predictable to how things would go out. See more James E @JamesE167 Sep 21, 2026 Hogwarts and X-men cross over through this and it’s a very good time. Burton knows his style and sticks with it. See more Christie L @Christie212 Aug 11, 2026 Could definelty be a good movie for when you have nothing else to do, but its nowhere near as good as the books that the movie is actually based on. Give the books a try and then watch the movie and you'll see the stylistic choices in the book are way more unique! Infelizmente, o ato final apressado e focado em ação genérica estraga o potencial deste universo peculiar. See more Read all reviews
