When a meteor full of space gunk transforms Susan Murphy (Reese Witherspoon) into a giant, the government renames her Ginormica and confines her to a secret compound with other monsters, like bug-headed Dr. Cockroach (Hugh Laurie). Brilliant! ("doesn't approach the depth of the best animated films") 🙄 ... Amazing cast all shine in their voiced characters. Very well written and directed. Great cinematography and visuals, stunning pictography. Lots of weirdness, charm, allure, drama, dilemma, suspense, twists, emotion, intrigue sharp wit, hilarious at times and filled with "extraterrestrial-ness" 😜 Fast paced and mind bending as it should be. Fantastical, whimsical and very entertaining
