While recent winners like All Of You have proven there’s still juice in the classic friends-to-lovers template, watching People We Meet On Vacation feels more like ordering a sparkling tropical cocktail and getting served tap water. Go to Full Review

A strong supporting cast — Lukas Gage, Molly Shannon, Sarah Catherine Hook, Jameela Jamil and Lucien Laviscount – ups the entertainment value. Since rom-coms have been a bit blah of late, this one will satisfy that itch even if it’s no gamechanger. Go to Full Review

If you put this on, on a weekend afternoon, you will be fine. It is pleasant to watch. But the things that made the book special, I think, are almost impossible to preserve in a two-hour movie. Go to Full Review

While the film successfully brings Henry’s charming and vibrant world to life, it struggles to make itself memorable beyond its runtime. Go to Full Review

People We Meet on Vacation portrays the feeling of exploring the world with people we love and dealing with the painful part of falling in love. It’s scary, but it’s all worth it in the end. Go to Full Review

Aurora A @RT07629646 4h I wouldn’t recommend to watch it because it’s totally predictable and there are a lot more movies to watch that have much better plot than this one. Skip it. See more Rohan S @RT81931107 17h not the worst movie i've ever seen, but it's insanely predictable, and that pretty much kills it entirely. See more Kh T @KartR 1d This is kind of a crazy "origin of our love" story that might resonate with people living in that class of society. Basically, a girl meets a boy in a situation where they have to spend some time together, and they form a weird kind of relationship—not love, mind you—but the audience knows it will eventually get there. The direction is good in that it sets a mood that carries you throughout the movie. The performances by the leads are solid, and the stereotypical rom-com side characters are present. But the sole reason I watch these kinds of movies is for the locations they showcase. So yeah, it’s something you can watch with your significant other on a lazy afternoon. See more av 8 @RT99530239 1d Emily Bader brought a sort of magic to the screen with this one. But, Poppy was annoying right from the start. I cannot stand people who drag others around like rags while figuring out what they want. Thank goodness Sarah dodged a massive bullet. Poppy is the sort of friend who NO girlfriend would want a 1000 feet within their guy. It always felt like some adultery popping up on Poppy's uncertain wonderland of fantasies where people are all toys for her whimsies. I don't personally understand this whole point of going on duo trips while you have got partners. They have wronged every single one of their partners. Nevertheless, the movie set was as charismatic and enchanting as it could get. The destinations were alluring and the cinematography just flowed beautifully. Even though Poppy and Alex's destin(y)ation sucked, their entire journey also just sucked. Two people who should have never run into each other—mesmerizing visual creation, repulsive un-love story. See more Nxele L @RT65468509 3d I wish i fall inlove, crazy inlove that nothing else matters. 10/10 enjoyed the movie. Well done to the whole team. See more Lukas P @lukaspippos 4d A messy cliche love story that is somehow still great. I don't really have much to say other than it's just another rom-com that will keep you entertained. No dull moments and some good twists. Wouldn't watch it again but its worth the watch. See more Read all reviews
