Dutch, a soldier of fortune, is hired by the U.S. government to secretly rescue a group of politicians trapped in Guatemala. But when Dutch and his team, which includes weapons expert Blain and CIA agent George, land in Central America, something is wrong. A devilishly entertaining action movie, which keeps me on the edge of my seat with each of the jungle sequences that, at a breakneck pace, prove that Arnold Schwarzenegger is the ultimate action hero of the 80s. [Full review in Spanish]

"Predator" gives the writer and director an opportunity for violence, sci-fi, and gore. That combination, along with stars like Arnold, Carl Weathers, and Jesse (The Body) Ventura, was a guaranteed money-maker.
