Korostyshevsky doesn't waste a lot of time getting from run-jump-shoot to duck-roll-cover and back again; the artillery decibel level isn't matched by any notable level of filmmaking craft or excitement.

For the cast, shooting the movie (in Ukraine) may have been a working vacation, but for viewers, watching it is an excruciating sentence of hard labor.

A talented cast is wasted in this sub-par, umpteenth variation on The Dirty Dozen.

Soldiers of Fortune has a good cast, and most of them try their best, but you have to wonder why any of them actually signed on for this lopsided movie.

Occasionally you run in to a film that is so egregiously awful, stupid, vapid and absurd that your brain requires some time to recover. I cannot say that this movie fulfills that criteria of badness, because after about twenty minutes I was unable to continue watching it. But I am pretty certain I would now be seeking psychiatric care if I had lasted the entire abortion-of-cinema. And to think Rhames, Cromwell and Slater once had careers.

Horrible dialogue, ridiculous scenarios, good actors must have either not read the script or owed someone a large, expensive favor

A solid action film with good acting from the cast, and a cool story and concept behind it.

Horrible, cringey movie. Couldn't tell if was a comedy or serious film. Don't waste your time.

Whilst not exactly an A List cast, we have some quite well known people starring in this piece. Dd they all just buy new cars or something? Predictable story, predictable action scenes and the standard types of characters. If you're really bored, you might enjoy this one.
