Bisquiteen T @RT65021124 Feb 19 1st scene: "Yeah this is annoying." A few scenes later: "Yeah this is boring." Errant thought: "Well, this Ben Shapiro clone does seem like he could be a serial killer." About 20 min in: "Could this actually be interesting?" About 26 min in: "No." Still waiting: "Could this make a statement about documentarian ethics?" 400 years later: "Nope." Another 1000 years transpire and it's like, "Ohhh, this is some really silly sht." Utter shock: "THERE'S OVER AN HOUR LEFT!?" Why are some people so hellbent on not hiring a real editor!? Another million years later: "Hey, maybe it's picking up now." It didn't, it never did, it dangles the idea of "interesting" and snaps it away without ever making a point. Point is, there is no point, & anyone who says the no point is the point is just pretentious; it's really boring, save yourself, this whole thing could've been like 14 minutes. Laughed at the voiceover. Oh, you silly lil btches and your silly lil writing. "He simply was." Jesus fk that's bad. See more Tim F @Girth_Vader Jun 19 This dialogue in this film was an exercise in word vomit. Cramming multi syllabic words together made the characters seem almost cartoonish. The acting? Meh. It was enough to keep me engaged until I realized I burned 45 minutes on this thing so I had to see it out. The murderer gets into absurd situations and really isn’t as prolific as he makes himself out to be leaving evidence everywhere. He actually suffocates a woman with tin foil but her hands are not restrained. She could have poked a hole in it. Could they not afford plastic wrap or something more believable? Not once do the documentarians approach the morality of what they are doing. It’s an overdone plot line. Wish I had skipped it.
