Dallas H @RT53171010 Oct 12, 2024 The Boxer feels like a blend of a Western movie, a mafia story, and a sprinkle of Rocky all wrapped up in a martial arts action film. I enjoyed it! See more

See more

Nov 19, 2017 Pre-Venom Mob martial arts film from director Cheh Chang finds the film's hero working his way out of poverty by traveling to Shanghai, only to find himself drawn into the criminal underworld. The Shanghai underworld looks pretty much like every other Shaw Brothers backlot set and the story and characters are not particularly compelling, but the fight sequences are excellent, particularly a wildly bloody finale, where the hero battles the main villain's minions with a hatchet lodged in his side! May 14, 2016 There's lots of decent fighting scenes, but the story is nothing to write home about. See more

Mar 26, 2016 A martial arts movie with quite a good story. Plot builds up nicely and ends I a great crescendo of a fight which is among the best I've seen...a very long sequence for sure See more
