Raised by a family of wolves since birth, Mowgli (Neel Sethi) must leave the only home he's ever known when the fearsome tiger Shere Khan (Idris Elba) unleashes his mighty roar. Guided by a no-nonsense panther (Ben Kingsley) and a free-spirited bear (Bill Murray), the young boy meets an array of jungle animals, including a slithery python and a smooth-talking ape. Obviously nothing beats the original, some things in this movie wasn't the same as the original which is the disappointment for me. If you're gonna make a movie and use the title then make it the same as the original. Why change things in a movie when it's written down for you in black and white, all you needed to do was copy. Songs need to be longer, more pull on heart strings and needs better voice actors but still enjoyed it. The original has the heart for me, same as Lion King.

This is the only movie remake I've seen where it was better than the original. I wasn't a fan of the original movie, and the creators of this movie seemed to take everything I didn't like about the 1960's version and fix it!
