One of Michael Bay's most underrated over-stimulations. This is the gleeful byproduct of a filmmaker freed from self-imposed franchise servitude a five-alarm fire sale of every cockamamie "Transformers" concept and set-piece Bay had yet to explore.

One scene features a pair of bickering Transformers voiced by John Goodman and Steve Buscemi. With John Turturro also appearing in the film, it's safe to say THIS is the reunion movie that The Big Lebowski devotees were eagerly awaiting.

Honestly, I think this is a movie that should have come earlier in the franchise. That's about all I can say. Nothing here was particularly bad, but the best thing was easily the VFX work. This was the best looking Transformers movie by far.
