The animation might have been cheap already when the film was released, but the story totally makes up for it. Special mention to the original voice actors of Astérix and Obélix. See more 12/27/2020 this is one of my favourite film when i was a kid See more 09/13/2018 With an animation style much closer to Uderzo's drawing style, tons of laughter including a vision you won't see anywhere else...Obelix getting his ass kicked by a German judo guy no bigger than Asterix, some of the better voice acting in an English dub and a story that is full of surrealism whilst still remaining true to its source material's roots, The 12 Tasks of Asterix just might be the best Asterix film to date.
