Instead of dealing with the more interesting worldbuilding, Victory deals a lot more with comparatively contrived drama, like a mostly pointless love triangle or one of the girls leaving the team. Go to Full Review Read all reviews

Jdawg T @RT94599475 May 16 Disclaimer: I’m a big Hyeri fan. But I had to watch this movie a second time to really get into it. Once I did, however I thought it was just great. I’m an old white guy. Why would a movie about high school cheerleaders be of any interest to me? I’m not into sports and I've certainly never been into soccer. After watching this movie, I can’t wait to start watching soccer. It really enthused me for the sport. I loved all the characters and I love the character arc that the main character, Pil-sun, went through. it’s a fun movie and moves along quite well and it is appropriately titled.
