Absolutely unwatchable, it tries so hard to be funny and yet nothing makes sense and the characters feel underdeveloped, the story feels like a tornado of bad ideas and dialogues

The “It” man and associate make this a grind house type movie. Same off beat characters and pace. They make police corruption an art form. A little gutter-like yet totally different and enjoyable! Better than most of the “slop” Enjoy and munch some popcorn!
