Witty dialogue- the tone is knowing but not jaded- and stunning scenery combine with a hypnotic score to evoke a nostalgia for an America before the pandemic cast a pall over man and nature. The brilliant casting and creative energy in this film are reminders that there is hope for humanity in humor and human connection.
