Saipan (2025) 93% 4 EDIT “Saipan is a film that is by turns funny, highly entertaining, emotional, and utterly compelling, with superb performances from Coogan and our own Hardwicke.” – The Echo (Ireland) Mar 22, 2026 Full Review Hamnet (2025) 87% 5 EDIT “Buckley's performance is on another level. It is a raw, visceral performance: one to be watched, admired, and studied. A devastatingly beautiful 5-star film, 2026’s cinematic standard has just been set.” – The Echo (Ireland) Mar 22, 2026 Full Review 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple (2026) 92% 3 EDIT “While it is never predictable and has some terrific performances, particularly by Fiennes, the violence is nasty. In a world full of monsters, the idea of humans being the bigger monster is hard to fathom. Can we not just go back to zombies eating people?” – The Echo (Ireland) Mar 22, 2026 Full Review Wuthering Heights (2026) 57% 4 EDIT “The film is pulsating, slightly savage, wildly sexy, and full of torment - just as Brontë intended it to be. Fennell is the first filmmaker to truly capture this. Some will complain. I say all hail this bold and delicious adaptation.” – The Echo (Ireland) Mar 22, 2026 Full Review The Last Journey (2024) 90% 4 Stars EDIT “Tender, funny, and deeply moving - if you don’t cry watching this, you don’t have a heart. ” – The Echo (Ireland) Jul 11, 2025 Full Review Superman (2025) 83% Four Stars EDIT “Gunn’s dedication to the comics means that he has made a film that features lighter moments, leans into some goofiness, but also bursts with warmth and heart, just like Superman should. ” – The Echo (Ireland) Jul 11, 2025 Full Review Sinners (2025) 97% 5/5 EDIT “Dynamic and sexy, Sinners is a genre-defying masterpiece that pulsates with energy and life and pitch perfect performances. More please. Five stars” – The Echo (Ireland) May 4, 2025 Full Review
