Bridgerton follows Daphne Bridgerton (Phoebe Dynevor), the eldest daughter of the powerful Bridgerton family as she makes her debut onto Regency London’s competitive marriage market. Hoping to follow in her parent’s footsteps and find a match sparked by true love, Daphne’s prospects initially seem to be unrivaled. But as her older brother begins to rule out her potential suitors, the high society scandal sheet written by the mysterious Lady Whistledown casts aspersions on Daphne. Enter the highly desirable and rebellious Duke of Hastings (Regé-Jean Page), committed bachelor and the catch of the season for the debutantes’ mamas. Despite proclaiming that they want nothing the other has to offer, their attraction is undeniable and sparks fly as they find themselves engaged in an increasing battle of wits while navigating society’s expectations for their future.

It’s another story of unrequited love made possible by poor communication, the avoidance of social scandal and undeniable chemistry, which is exactly what you want from a season of this steamy series. Go to Full Review

Thanks to the fire of actress Yerin Ha, this fourth chapter in this saggy saga of love among the haves and have nots can still thrill us with the pleasures of the unexpected. Go to Full Review

This spectacular affair was so stunningly choreographed, and so magnificently ambitious, that even if you've never seen Bridgerton before, it's worth watching this opening episode just to marvel at the spectacle. Go to Full Review

The season wants to talk about freedom, identity and the cost of privilege. But often glosses over these ideas before they can land. Go to Full Review

Pinky W @Pinky605 2h It's the best season to the ones who are calling it bad don't know the meaning of slow burn ❤️‍🔥 😏 See more Whitney M @ughwm 2h The chemistry between the two leads is absolutely undeniable — it feels natural, intense, and emotionally engaging from start to finish. Visually, the season is stunning. The aesthetics are noticeably more refined and elegant than season 3, with richer settings, better lighting, and costumes that truly enhance the storytelling. What really stood out to me, though, is the depth given to the main characters. Their development is far more nuanced and thoughtful, making their emotions, conflicts, and growth feel genuine and earned. A beautifully crafted season that balances romance, character work, and visual splendor perfectly. See more Casey @Opera 3h The diverse casting reaches absurd highs. Is this supposed to be South Africa? It isn’t England. See more Aheli M @Aheli 3h A visually stunning season filled with emotion, longing, and slow-burn romance. The performances are heartfelt, and the story lingers even after the episodes end. See more Виктория К @kiko_vik 5h This season is disappointing. The main characters are not convincing, and there is no attraction between them. It feels like the director is controlling their actions. If you haven't read the book, half of what happens won't make sense. The editing is choppy, the cinematographer cuts off heads in the frame, and the use of computer graphics is evident. Music is an important part of the series. This time, the music doesn't enhance the scene or match the dynamics of the events. See more alexandra h @Alexahites 6h My favorite season so far. The on set chemistry is enticing and I can’t wait for the rest of the season. See more Read all reviews
