The new “Scrubs” may not be essential TV in the way the original once felt at its cultural peak, but it’s thoughtful, frequently funny and occasionally disarming. Go to Full Review

In the Scrubs revival, though, all that look-at-me energy is finally restored to its rightful purpose, and the effect is delightful. These two are meant to be swaggily walking down hospital hallways together. Go to Full Review

If Scrubs can balance its comedic antics and character-based storytelling with a clear-eyed view of the industry it exists in and the impact it has on patients and healthcare professionals, maybe there’s something left to say. Go to Full Review

Some shows age with us. Scrubs didn't need to. Not everything needs a second act to justify the first. Go to Full Review

"Scrubs" doesn’t have the same smile-age as "St. Denis," but its return provides the same peace of mind that a great doctor can offer. Go to Full Review

Slick R @SlickReviewer 1d Typically reboots are bad. But this one still has the juice. Hilarious! The jokes are really similar to the original series. The reviewers that rated it low just got geriatric and old. Lol See more Dave K @RT38911253 2d While "spin-offs" are so often not worth your time, like the previous attempts, this very much has the feel of the original. Quite enjoyable. See more Rusty W. @Hawgleg 3d Nice change!!! Great show. See more Bill S @Rhubarbman 5d Some heartfelt moments sprinkled in with a few laughs each episode, and while it's a decent watch it's a pale imitation of the original run. J.D., Turk, and Elliott are good, but the new interns aren't funny; and the HR lady is beyond obnoxious. See more Neil F @RT51968405 6d Ordinarily I'd reserve judgement until after the final episode dropped, but this snapped me back to the original series so quickly, and I resonated so strongly - being middle-aged myself, now :( - that I immediately felt the weight of the last 20+ years drop away and my spouse and I found ourselves laughing to burst, again, just like when we were watching the show in our early days! While there are haters and cynics out there going on about the show "missing the mark" or not living up to the original because of whatever, I strongly recommend anybody who loved and missed the show to dive back in, and, of course, wear a back brace before you soar like an eagle! :D See more Sonny V. @RT96494844 Mar 15 Well done and hilarious from start to finish See more Read all reviews
