Movies TV Shows
Normal (2025) 85% 6/10 EDIT “The definition of light entertainment, able to provide a good action ride when things are moving fast and passable enough in its less exciting moments.” – Awards Buzz Mar 19, 2026 Full Review Mam (2026) 8/10 EDIT “Mam is a gem of a film, a wonderful love letter to its protagonist, Vietnamese cuisine, and the uniqueness of New York City.” – Awards Buzz Mar 18, 2026 Full Review The Fox (2026) 7/10 EDIT “Through a comedic lens, this film delivers a thought-provoking story about hopes, desires, and the shortcuts offered to fulfill them at a price.” – Awards Buzz Mar 18, 2026 Full Review Kill Me (2026) 100% 7/10 EDIT “The tightrope this film pulls off is that it’s never entirely clear whether Jimmy is indeed pursuing a real killer or if this is all a figment of his imagination.” – Awards Buzz Mar 18, 2026 Full Review The Sun Never Sets (2026) 8/10 EDIT “Swanberg delivers something rich and insightful here about best laid plans and the things that really matter, and the missteps we all make on the road to happiness.” – Awards Buzz Mar 18, 2026 Full Review My NDA (2026) 8/10 EDIT “My NDA is gripping, upsetting, and vital, a first start to an important conversation.” – Awards Buzz Mar 18, 2026 Full Review Love Language (2026) 8/10 EDIT “Thanks to a solid script and a superb cast, Love Language is an enjoyable, funny film about knowing what to say and when (and how) to say it, and the missteps we all go through along the way to a hopefully happy ending.” – Awards Buzz Mar 17, 2026 Full Review Over Your Dead Body (2026) 73% 6/10 EDIT “Weaving and Segel make the film’s first third absolutely compelling, and watching them hurl insults at each other while trying to finish the job for a full 90 or 120 minutes would have undoubtedly been more than sufficiently fun on its own.” – Awards Buzz Mar 17, 2026 Full Review Their Town (2026) 8/10 EDIT “Aselton and Duplass have obviously developed a rich professional partnership to match their personal one, and bringing their daughter into the fold in their latest project is a wondrous choice that shows confidence in her ability.” – Awards Buzz Mar 17, 2026 Full Review Basic (2026) 8/10 EDIT “Devantez embeds just a tiny hint of emotion and dramatic resolution into a comedy that’s most concerned with fleshing out real, three-dimensional characters and ensuring that joke after joke lands.” – Awards Buzz Mar 17, 2026 Full Review DreamQuil (2026) 6/10 EDIT “Prager shows great promise as a filmmaker, and there’s much to ponder about this film, but its abrupt ending after just eighty-nine minutes is likely to leave audiences wishing it was at least a little bit longer.” – Awards Buzz Mar 17, 2026 Full Review Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice (2026) 80% 5/10 EDIT “A brainless blockbuster that does pack plenty of laughs but always defers to senseless violence over common sense.” – Awards Buzz Mar 16, 2026 Full Review I Love Boosters (2026) 100% 7/10 EDIT “This film remains remarkably grounded for a story whose primary goal is to spiral chaotically out of control, and every big swing feels purposeful and calibrated.” – Awards Buzz Mar 16, 2026 Full Review The Saviors (2026) 58% 6/10 EDIT “The Saviors succeeds in building tension and crafting a very specific kind of dark thriller interrupted by comedic moments, and it’s always careful not to reveal its entire hand.” – Awards Buzz Mar 16, 2026 Full Review Crash Land (2026) 100% 6/10 EDIT “Bryk’s feature directorial debut is an affecting film about people who, at first glance, don’t seem all that concerned with feelings, but like the rest of us, find different ways to mask their pain and fill their time.” – Awards Buzz Mar 16, 2026 Full Review Brian (2026) 100% 8/10 EDIT “Brian is a feel-good film about a character who so often feels bad, finding humor and hope for someone who feels ready to give up on even trying.” – Awards Buzz Mar 16, 2026 Full Review Sender (2026) 50% 7/10 EDIT “This is a role that Lower is so incredibly suited for it would be hard to imagine anyone else in it, building tension almost out of thin air to transform a contemplative premise into something equally engrossing and maddening.” – Awards Buzz Mar 15, 2026 Full Review Power Ballad (2026) 100% 8/10 EDIT “Music drives this film, as it always does with Carney, but it also has a fun comedic spark, making it among the filmmaker’s lighter films but one that proves just as dependably enjoyable as any from his catalog.” – Awards Buzz Mar 14, 2026 Full Review Same Same but Different (2026) 8/10 EDIT “This is an inviting, unassuming film that has a great deal to say about people, friendships, relationships, and culture, packaged as a warm comedy about running away from fate.” – Awards Buzz Mar 14, 2026 Full Review Pretty Lethal (2026) 64% 7/10 EDIT “Though it’s headed straight to streaming, this film is perfect for SXSW, best experienced with a cheering audience ready to see some talented ballerinas show the world what they can do.” – Awards Buzz Mar 14, 2026 Full Review Family Movie (2026) 91% 7/10 EDIT “A fun experiment in family filmmaking that knows just what it wants to be and delivers a reliably entertaining experience for audiences.” – Awards Buzz Mar 14, 2026 Full Review Pizza Movie (2026) 7/10 EDIT “It doesn’t pretend to be anything other than a stoner movie but manages to feel pretty fresh anyway, laying out its expectations clearly and delivering quite well on them.” – Awards Buzz Mar 14, 2026 Full Review Wishful Thinking (2026) 100% 8/10 EDIT “It’s a remarkably creative and free approach to a relationship movie, finding humor in how its characters come to comprehend this power they have and sincere drama in the pain they’re able to cause each other.” – Awards Buzz Mar 13, 2026 Full Review Anima (2026) 91% 8/10 EDIT “Anima tells a story set in a world where digital consciousness uploads are becoming more readily available but uses that merely as the backdrop for a very human, breathing story.” – Awards Buzz Mar 13, 2026 Full Review Seekers of Infinite Love (2026) 8/10 EDIT “Victoria Strouse makes a very funny directorial debut with Seekers of Infinite Love, which proves that family dysfunction and discord can be the perfect recipe for comedy.” – Awards Buzz Mar 13, 2026 Full Review
