Normal (2025) 85% 7/10 EDIT “While it would have been stronger had there been more excitement in the first half, the back half more than makes up for it with some incredibly propulsive, fun action that will have you laughing and on the edge of your seat.” – FandomWire Mar 22, 2026 Full Review Sender (2026) 50% 5/10 EDIT “You can tell that there is something special beneath the surface in Sender, as there are enough glimpses of really interesting filmmaking throughout. However, the final product is just too messy and scattered to be fully effective.” – FandomWire Mar 22, 2026 Full Review Wishful Thinking (2026) 100% 7/10 EDIT “Although it doesn’t fully deliver on the promise of its creative premise, Wishful Thinking is the type of romantic comedy that’s hard not to fall in love with, if only out of the strength of its two lead performances.” – FandomWire Mar 22, 2026 Full Review The Fox (2026) 7/10 EDIT “Although it isn’t as original as it seems to think it is, The Fox works as a satire because of a wicked sense of dark humor, a stellar cast, and an abundance of style.” – FandomWire Mar 22, 2026 Full Review Love Language (2026) 6/10 EDIT “If you’re a fan of rom-coms and are looking for something straightforward but charming and well-made, Joey Power’s film delivers an enjoyable, funny, and heartwarming experience.” – FandomWire Mar 22, 2026 Full Review The Saviors (2026) 55% 3/10 EDIT “That’s not to say that anti-Arab discrimination has gone away, but it feels like we are past needing satires that stop at saying "maybe all Muslims aren’t terrorists," and instead need films to interrogate the systems that got us to that point.” – FandomWire Mar 22, 2026 Full Review Power Ballad (2026) 100% 7/10 EDIT “Its sincere heart shines through in the script, performances, and music in a way that you can’t help but love.” – FandomWire Mar 20, 2026 Full Review Erupcja (2025) 88% 9/10 EDIT “Pete Ohs’ Erupcja, is a wonderfully quaint indie drama that is filled to the brim with quiet emotion.” – FandomWire Mar 19, 2026 Full Review Mile End Kicks (2025) 94% 5/10 EDIT “Chandler Levack attempts to recapture the awkwardly charming lightning-in-a-bottle of her debut in her second film, Mile End Kicks, but the characters here are just so unlikeable that the film becomes hard to enjoy.” – FandomWire Mar 19, 2026 Full Review DreamQuil (2026) 2/10 EDIT “Despite having all the pieces in place for this to be a solid sci-fi satire... it ends up being one of the most bafflingly bad misfires to (dis)grace the festival circuit this side of Poolman.” – FandomWire Mar 19, 2026 Full Review They Will Kill You (2026) 78% 9/10 EDIT “They Will Kill You is one of the best action movies this side of John Wick: Chapter 2, featuring show-stopping fight choreography and an abundance of epic gore.” – FandomWire Mar 18, 2026 Full Review Over Your Dead Body (2026) 73% 6/10 EDIT “Over Your Dead Body is rather uneven but has enough funny and disturbing moments to be mostly effective as a dark comedy.” – FandomWire Mar 18, 2026 Full Review Crash Land (2026) 8/10 EDIT “Crash Land is a film that knows its audience. If you are a twenty-something dude reveling in nostalgia for the glory days of your teenage years, this is sure to land in a way that will have you laughing and maybe even wiping away a few tears.” – FandomWire Mar 18, 2026 Full Review Seekers of Infinite Love (2026) 6/10 EDIT “Seekers of Infinite Love coasts on the charm of its cast to deliver a moderately enjoyable comedy, even when its script leaves something to be desired.” – FandomWire Mar 18, 2026 Full Review He Bled Neon (2026) 5/10 EDIT “Drew Kirsch’s He Bled Neon is shockingly a drag because of a screenplay that can’t settle on its tone or escape from the shadow of its inspirations.” – FandomWire Mar 18, 2026 Full Review Ready or Not 2: Here I Come (2026) 76% 5/10 EDIT “Ready or Not 2: Here I Come is a marginal step down from the original film. It’s more repetitive, less fun, and full of inconsistencies.” – FandomWire Mar 16, 2026 Full Review Brian (2026) 100% 9/10 EDIT “Brian is easily one of the funniest and overall best coming-of-age movies in years.” – FandomWire Mar 15, 2026 Full Review Phoenix Jones: The Rise and Fall of a Real Life Superhero (2026) 7/10 EDIT “Like many nonfiction films, it could have used a bit of a tighter edit, but the story is so compelling and its subjects willing to engage with its nuances that the result is mostly very gripping.” – FandomWire Mar 13, 2026 Full Review Same Same but Different (2026) 7/10 EDIT “Although it is, for the most part, much ‌the same that we have seen from the romantic comedy genre in the past decade, this story is told with a different (and, importantly, authentic) enough perspective to be memorable.” – FandomWire Mar 13, 2026 Full Review Anima (2026) 91% 7/10 EDIT “Although it’s certainly quaint and occasionally a bit conventional, the film’s genuine human emotion keeps the film incredibly effective from an emotional standpoint.” – FandomWire Mar 13, 2026 Full Review I Love Boosters (2026) 100% 9/10 EDIT “Even if it doesn’t quite reach the "instant classic" status that Sorry to Bother You earned, I Love Boosters is still one of the boldest, most singular works that any filmmaker has made… maybe in the history of cinema?” – FandomWire Mar 13, 2026 Full Review Grind (2026) 94% 5/10 EDIT “Although it has enough fun and genuinely creative moments to satisfy those who are already all-in on the format, its big swings are too often missed for it to really have broad appeal.” – FandomWire Mar 13, 2026 Full Review Kill Me (2026) 100% 7/10 EDIT “As long as you don’t come in expecting a comedic masterpiece, you’ll walk away feeling amused and maybe even a little moved.” – FandomWire Mar 13, 2026 Full Review Perfect (2026) 2/10 EDIT “Perfect is the rare film so bad that it’s hard to see what a programmer could have seen in this.” – FandomWire Mar 13, 2026 Full Review Dreams (2025) 52% 9/10 EDIT “It is, first and foremost, designed to make the audience uncomfortable, and by that standard, Franco’s latest is an unequivocal success.” – FandomWire Mar 2, 2026 Full Review
