EDIT
“For fans of the theatre, this is an absolute must-see and without question, the best musical you will see this year at the cinema. Unfortunately, as strong as Friedman’s stage direction is, her skills as a filmmaker are less assured.” –

“Echo Valley features fantastic performances, haunting visuals, and an escalating series of twists and turns leading to a thrilling (albeit preposterous) conclusion, but it is ultimately let down by a plot that tries to do too much.” –

EDIT
“I Don't Understand You is a silly farce about two hapless Americans being undone by a language barrier in a foreign country. But its heart, emotionality, and comedic chemistry elevate it to one of the year's best films. ” –

EDIT
“Unfortunetly, Havoc never manages to rise to the towering heights of [Gareth Evans's] The Raid: Redemption, and despite the brutality of its action sequences, [the film] feels like a cacophonous mess. ” –

“Snow White is at its best when it’s attempting to put a new spin on the fairy tale, and at its worst when it’s attempting to pay homage and tribute to 1937’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.” –
