... fans of the small screen show will enjoy the spoofing tone throughout. Leslie H. Martinson directs Lorenzo Semple’s screenplay like a big budget TV episode minus the cliffhanger endings.

I absolutely see why people find this huge, and at the time, I'm sure this was insane. But for me, I just have no words. I love superhero stuff, but like, this was all over the place. I found it pretty funny because of the corniness. But Adam West and Burt Ward were really fun in the role. That's about all I got.

For the record, this movie is not dated. It is a comedy and it is as funny now as it was when it first came out 60 years ago. This movie was pure camp, they were going for laughs. This is not meant to be taken seriously like the new Batman movies.. and comics used to be like this

Though dated, this film is a good example of great cinema, despite the camp. It's fun, entertaining, and a great introduction to both the Batman and Robin Characters, it's a decent film that represents its TV series well, and it's still good!!! Won't be for everyone, but if you like the character and want to see something different, watch this and enjoy it!!!
