Had some atmosphere but not particularly frightening. The build up was more engaging than the conclusion. Not too bad if you have nothing better to watch. Okay at best. If you're patient and can pay attention for more than 2 minutes at a time, this is a found footage movie presented in a documentary way. Usually these are horrible, Hell House did it the right way. The only parts that kinda take you out of it are the 'interviews'. The way the movie is shot, edited, sound, lighting, effects.. found footage has been done to death but this is worth it. And Holy. SHIT. the clowns, THE clown, the mask is legit terrifying. Its a damn shame the interviews dont do more instead of being a distraction. Would've rated higher if the 'documentary' parts were presented more realistic and the robed figures had some kind of explanation. Thats the drawbacks the movie has, but its a BIG drawback.
