...a home invasion plot that centers on a story about a witch. That’s the very brief description, but the actual story surprises as it goes much deeper than that. It’s also a lot darker than I ever expected, which makes it hit hard. In all the right ways!

The perfect spooky movie for a rainy day! It's dark and a bit heavy, layered with raw emotions, suspense, and a plot that keeps you guessing until the very end. Impressive performances by all of the actors! It's definitely a film that makes you think, and stays with you for a while..

First off, this is not a five star movie. It’s better than average but that’s not a raving endorsement. It’s starts slow (omg, did I pick another bad movie?), gets better (creepy with chills), a bit of action, then goes soft, illogical, improbable and syrupy.
