Deep in the American South, a back alley absinthe bar harbors a deadly secret: Countess Elizabeth Báthory and her glamorous coven of vampires keep their killer instincts sharp by preying on lonely singles through dating apps, seducing and slaughtering to preserve their youth. But when Elizabeth swipes right on the wrong profiles--a cunning undercover vampire hunter and a band of emotionally stunted bros--the hunt spirals into hilariously horrifying chaos. Blood flies, fangs pierce flesh, and the bar erupts into a glitter-soaked, green fairy-winged, fang-filled fever dream of grindhouse gore, terrible decisions, and fashionably fatal carnage.

It is almost as if there was a dare to make a bad movie with a great to decent cast and God level vampires, and Sherman was determined to win. Go to Full Review

You’ll probably experience a ‘better’ and scarier horror movie navigating dating apps than you will watching this poorly executed fusion of vampires and modern dating. Go to Full Review

It’s a wild ride through a blood-soaked underworld where the vampires are hot, the hunters are cool, and the commitment to the premise is palpable and quite rewarding. Go to Full Review

Vampires of the Velvet Lounge is perhaps one of the most egregious examples of preemptively preparing for second-screen viewing. Go to Full Review

it wants to hit the giddy/ghastly heights of the likes of From Dusk til Dawn but instead winds up paling in comparison to the likes of the not-exactly-immortal Bordello of Blood. Go to Full Review

B P @Bradster69 1d A Campy, Sometimes Clumsy Bloodsucking Romp See more Bruce M @BruceMc 2d Unwatchable, so bad it's bad. Apparently is supposed to be so campy and cheap that it's funny. It isnt. Instead, we get horrible SFX and Tom Berenger obviously reading his lines from cue cards. Only bright spot is the casting of Dichen Lachman, which would normally earn any movie an extra star, but... words can't describe how truly awful this movie is.
